Arabic letters, correct pronunciation and the foundations of reading.
Fluent Nazra recitation straight from the Mushaf.
Correct articulation (Makharij) and the rules of recitation.
Structured, teacher-guided memorization with daily revision.
Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, Hadith and Islamic history.
How it works
No paperwork, no payment up front. Here is exactly what happens after you register.
Send us the student's name, age and preferred class time. It takes about a minute.
Our admissions team replies on WhatsApp or email, usually within a few hours, to confirm your slot.
Seven days of live one-to-one classes with your teacher. Nothing to pay, nothing to cancel.
We place the student in the right grade, agree a schedule, and regular classes begin.
The 2-year program
Our full Islamic Studies program runs over two years, divided into four grades of six months. Each grade builds directly on the Tajweed, memorization and Aqeedah of the one before it, and a new teacher is introduced at every grade — with the family's consent — to keep the learning fresh.
Qaida foundations, the first two Kalimas, essential daily Duas, step-by-step Wudu, and the four shortest Surahs — Al-Fatihah, An-Nas, Al-Falaq and Al-Ikhlas.
Nazra reading begins, all six Kalimas, the five Pillars of Islam and six Articles of Faith, early Seerah, and four further short Surahs.
Tajweed rules introduced (Noon Sakinah, Meem Sakinah, Madd), 40 selected Hadith, 20–30 of the 99 Names of Allah, and the basics of fasting and Zakat.
Fluent Tajweed with advanced rules, translation of memorized Surahs, detailed Fiqh, the history of the Khulafa-e-Rashideen, and an introduction to Tafseer.
Need a different starting point, pace or mix of subjects than the standard four-grade path? Talk to admissions and we will design a custom grade — adjusted content, timeline and goals — for your child.

Why Al-Rahman
Book any hour of the day or night — we teach across every timezone.
Young children, teenagers, adults and revert families all start from where they are.
Qualified, verified teachers for boys, girls, men and women alike.
Every lesson is paced to the student. Never a crowded virtual classroom.
Our teachers
You are trusting us with your family's connection to the Quran. Here is the standard every teacher must meet before they are given a single student.
Every teacher holds a recognised Quranic or Islamic Studies qualification and is tested on Tajweed before joining.
Identity and references are checked before any teacher is assigned. No unverified tutor ever meets a student.
You choose the teacher's gender at registration. Female students are paired with a female teacher by default.
Teachers explain in the language your child is comfortable in, so nothing is lost between the lesson and the learner.
A written progress report at the midpoint and end of every grade — no guessing how your child is doing.
Teaching quality is monitored throughout each grade. If the fit is not right, we will change the teacher — no awkwardness.
Not sure who is right for your child? Use the free trial week to meet the teacher first. If they are not the right match, tell us and we will assign someone else before you pay anything.
Families speak
Feedback from families currently enrolled in our Quran, Islamic Studies and school-subject classes.
My son Ibrahim is 8 and started with the Noorani Qaida three months ago. He is already reading full pages with proper Tajweed, and Ustadh Bilal sends a short voice note after every class so we always know how he is doing.
We tried two other online academies before Al-Rahman. The difference is the real one-to-one attention — my daughters, 10 and 7, each have their own teacher and go at their own pace. The free trial week made saying yes easy.
As a revert family we needed teachers willing to start from zero with both of us, without judgment. Six months in, my wife has finished half of Juz Amma and I finally understand Tajweed rules that confused me for years.
Booking a 9 PM Eastern slot was never a problem — the classes really do run 24/7, so we always find a time that works around soccer practice and homework. My daughter looks forward to it every night.
My daughter is in Grade 2 (Huda) and has just memorized four new Surahs. The end-of-grade progress report told us honestly where she stands. I only wish it had arrived a day or two sooner — the teaching itself has been excellent.
We added Mathematics and English through the school-subjects program alongside our son's Quran classes. One platform, one schedule, one team for both — it saved us so much time as a busy family.
